摘要
目的 :观察雷公藤多甙 40 mg/d对 6 5例子宫肌瘤患者性腺轴的影响。方法 :雷公藤多甙 40 mg/d治疗 3～ 6个月 ,治疗前后用 B超测量子宫及肌瘤大小 ,用放射免疫法 (RIA)测血清促卵泡素 (F SH)、促黄体生成素 (LH)、垂体催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)和睾酮 (T)水平。结果 :6 0 .71%的患者于治疗 3～ 4个月后子宫肌瘤体积明显缩小 ,其中 40例治疗达 5～ 6个月者 70 .0 0 %患者有效。子宫肌瘤于服药 3～ 4个月时缩小 (2 7.84± 3.6 9) % ,5～ 6个月时缩小 (5 1.6 0±3.92 ) % ,呈时间依赖关系。治疗后外周血 E2 ,P水平明显下降 ,治疗前 E2 和 P分别为增生期 42 2 .2 5± 5 2 .81和 10 .0 3±3.82 ,分泌期 36 8.80± 2 7.36和 2 4.49± 5 .5 3,治疗 3～ 4月后 E2 和 P分别为增生期 2 2 3.47± 31.6 2 (P <0 .0 1)和 4.41±1.33(P <0 .0 5 ) ,分泌期 2 35 .2 7± 30 .2 8(P <0 .0 1)和 15 .71± 4.0 9(P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗 5～ 6月后 E2 和 P分别为增生期16 3.75± 33.92 (P<0 .0 1)和 2 .0 4± 0 .46 (P<0 .0 1) ,分泌期 195 .30± 2 9.30 (P<0 .0 1)和 10 .0 1± 3.2 4(P<0 .0 1)。FSH和 LH水平明显上升 ,治疗前 FSH和 L H分别为增生期 16 .2 6± 4.0 3和 17.0 5± 4.75 ,分泌期 10 .2 0± 5 .33和
Objective: It is to observe the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook .f. (GTW) on the function of sex glands of women with uterine leiomyoma and therapeutic effect of GTW on patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods: Baseline ultrasound examinations of myomas and uterine were obtained and repeated three months, six months after treatment. Blood samples were collected in the mid follicular or mid luteal phase of the menstrual cycle before initiatione of GTW therapy and after treatment 3~4 months and 5~6 months, for determinations of estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, FSH, LH and prolactin by RIA. Results: Significant decrease in leiomyoma volume was shown in 39 of 65 (60%) patients after 3~4 months of GTW treatment and 28 of 40 (70%) patients after 5~6 months of GTW treatment. Compared with pretreatment values, GTW treatment induced an increase in mean LH, FSH levels and a decrease in mean E 2, P levels. Conclusion: Tripterygium wilfordii Hook .f. treatment may be an effective therapeutic agent for leiomyomas with fewer side effects. GTW treatment showed a reversibility inhibitory effect on the ovary. It may be one of the mechanisms of GTW in decreasing leiomyoma volume.
