摘要
研究了丙烯酸改性F - 44环氧树脂的制备条件 ,包括催化剂的用量、反应时间、反应温度对丙烯酸转化率的影响。发现当反应温度为 95℃、催化剂的用量为单体质量的 1 5 %时 ,6h之内反应即可完成 ;用紫外光曝光、FT -IR跟踪碳碳双键含量变化的办法测试并证实了改性树脂具有优良的光敏性 ,紫外光曝光 5s后 ,双键反应程度达到 6 0 % ;残留 5 0 %环氧基的丙烯酸改性F - 44树脂制成的漆膜在紫外光曝光后的附着力达到 1级 ,并在质量分数为 10 %的酸、碱溶液及丙酮、甲苯中 2 5℃浸泡 1h无变化。采用FT -IR对所合成的树脂的结构进行了表征 ,证实改性树脂中含有环氧基。
The production technique,including effect of catalyst amount,reaction time,reaction temperature on the conversion of acrylic acid,which reacted with F-44 epoxy resin and formed modified F-44 epoxy resin,was studied.The experiment result showed that the reaction period was within 6 hours as reaction temperature was 95 ℃ and catalyst amount was 1 5% of all monomers.Modified resin had a high UV-photosensitive activity and 60% of C-C double bands could be reacted within 5 seconds under UV-light.Adhesive force of coating membrane made from modified resin containing epoxy group was as high as first grade after exposed to UV.Solvent-resistance and corrosion-resistance of this membrane were so excellent,that any change could not be observed after 1 h in 10% of NaOH or HCl or prue toluene or acetone when the environment temperature was about 25 ℃。The structure of modified resin was verified by FT-IR.
