摘要
介绍了间苯二酚甲醛树脂-甲叉基聚丙烯酰胺堵水剂的反应机理、堵剂制备方法、堵剂性能及现场应用效果。本堵剂的主要特点是可以在30℃左右的低温环境和近于化学中性的条件下实现交联反应。现场堵水试验表明,本堵剂可以满足浅井或中深井砂岩油田、胶结物中碳酸盐含量较高的砂岩油田堵水作业的要求。
This gelling polymer solution for water plugging is composed of N-oxymethylated methylene-polyacrylamides as base polymer, resorcinol-formaldehyde condensate (mainly trioxymethylresoreinol) as erosslinking agent, and sodium sulfide as antioxidant. All reactions ivolved, including oxymethylation of MPAM and resorcinol and crosslinking, are conducted at ambient temperatures from 30℃ to 45℃ in nearly neutral aqueous media. The syntheses of oxymethylated products and erosslinking of aqueous systems are discussed. Some characleristics of gelled systems as plugging agent are determined on artificial and natural cores. Successful field tests performed in 4 producing wells show that this chemical agent can be used in shallow and moderately deep wells for plugging sandstone formations in general and with higher carbonate level in particular.
