摘要
目的研究解决人血丙种球蛋白制品因纤溶酶原及纤溶酶引起的IgG裂解问题 ,以提高该制品的稳定性。方法采用Sepharose 4B与L 赖氨酸偶联后吸附人血丙种球蛋白制品中纤溶酶原及纤溶酶。 结果被吸附过的制品与未被吸附过的制品相比较 ,其裂解程度显著降低。结论在人血丙种球蛋白生产中 ,加入L 赖氨酸 Sepharose 4B吸附纤溶酶原和纤溶酶操作步骤可明显提高产品稳定性 ,是提高产品质量的有效措施。
PurposeThe aim is to increase stability and to solve the problem of splitting of human serum γ globulin products.MethodsFibrinolysin and profibrinolysin in the human serum γ globulin products were absorbed with L lysine Sepharose 4B.ResultsCompared with the unabsorbed products, the splitting degree of the absorbed products decreased obviously.ConclusionIn manufacture of human serum γ globulin products,absorbing fibrinolysin and profibrinolysin with L lysine Sepharose 4B may increase stability of the product.It was an effective method to improve the quality of product.
