摘要
为探讨天然麝香的抗原性质,作者用天然麝香作抗原,免疫家兔制备抗血清。通过效价滴定发现,天然麝香中蛋白质含量虽然较低,仍可作为优良抗原,免疫动物使之产生抗血清。在一定范围内,麝香含量越大,抗体效价越高,动物持续产生抗体的时间也越长。
In order to research the antigenicity of the natural musk rabbits were immunized with the naturalmusk(antigen)to prepare antiserum.With titer titraction we discovered that the natural musk is a goodantigen to immunize animals and get antiserum althouth there are few proteis in the natural musk.In sameranges the larger doses of the natural musk are,the higher the antibody titer are and the langer the time isto maintain that animals produce antibody.
