在埃塞俄比亚 Calub气田压裂施工中 ,矿场水源水质矿化度高及水中钙、镁等高价金属离子含量高 ,该水质满足不了配制植物压裂液的条件要求。经适当的物理和化学方法处理水质 ,处理后的水配制压裂液 ,成功地进行了 4口井压裂施工 ,首次攻克了在钙、镁等高价金属离子含量高和高矿化度的水质中配制植物胶压裂液难关。为在钙、镁等高价金属离子含量高和高矿化度的水质中配制植物胶压裂液 ,提供了一种有效的方法。
During the fracturing operation in Calub Gasfield in Ethiopia, the local water source was not up to the requirements to make up the plant gel type fracturing fluid due to its high mineralization and high content of high valence metal ions, such as calcium and magnesium. Through proper physical and chemical treatment of the water quality qualified fracturing fluid was made up with the treated water, four wells were successfully fractured with fracturing fluid. The technical barrier of being unable to use highly mineralized water with high content of high valence metal ions, such as calcium and magnesium to make up plant. Gel type frac fluid was broken down for the first time. The success provides an effective way to make up plant gel type frac fluid in the same situation.
