摘要
合成了一定相对分子质量或粘度的聚甲基丙烯酸高级酯 ( PAE) ,并在实验室评价了 PAE对几种 0 #柴油的低温流动性能的改进效果。结果表明 ,PAE一般能降低柴油的冷滤点 3～ 7℃ ;与其它柴油降凝剂相比 ,PAE对国内主要油区、主要炼厂的柴油都具有良好的感受性。
Polymethacrylate esters(PAE) with different viscosities were synthesized and evaluated in laboratory as pour point depressant (PPD) for many kinds of 0# diesels It was clear that PAE was superior to some other pour point depressants in adaptability to diesels of some main refineries and oil fields, while the cold filter plugging point(CFPP) reduction ranged from 3 to 7 ℃
