摘要
本文以热力学第二定律为基础,提出以(火用)差函数EDF 作为排气管各位置点气体有用能的评价参数,论述了这一参数在柴油机与涡轮增压器联合装置能量转换过程中的合理性。进而结合工作过程计算,对排气系统中各部件的可用能损失及其传递效率进行了非定常计算,从而对排气系统的结构作出第二定律的评价。最后建立了以有用能传递效率为目标的最优化数学模型,对排气系统的结构设计进行了最优化计算。
Based on the thermodynamic second law,EDF(Exergy DifferenceFunction)was defined as the evaluating parameter of available energyretained in exhaust gas at every spot in exhaust system.The reasonablenessof using EDF in energy transfer analysis of turbocharged diesel enginecompound unit was discussed and the available energy loss and energytransfer efficiency of exhaust system components were calculated by enginecycle simulation program.An optimization model with EDF transferefficiency as target function was set up to optimize the exhaust systemstructure and some test results are presented.
