摘要
以枯草芽胞杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓｓｕｂｔｉｌｉｓ）ＬＳＢＳ－１２４７为出发菌株，经ＮＴＧ和紫外诱变处理，获得一株高产突变菌ＬＬ．－１１１（ａｄｅ－，ｈｉｓ－，ｔｈｉ－，８－ＡＧ１，Ｇｕａ－），摇瓶发酵产量为２８ｍｇ／ｍｌ。发酵条件优化后可达２９．６ｍｇ／ｍｌ。５Ｌ发酵罐产量最高为２４．７ｇ／Ｌ。菌株性状稳定。
