摘要
用Ｘ射线荧光分析方法测定了深圳地区人发中Ｃａ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｐｂ５种元素的含量。受试者６５例：３３例男性海洛因依赖者、１２例女性海洛因依赖者、１０例男性健康对照组、１０例女性健康对照组。结果表明，男性海洛因依赖组与健康对照组比较，发Ｐｂ含量有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），Ｚｎ有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）：女性海洛因依赖组与健康对照组比，发Ｐｂ、Ｚｎ有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The content of Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Pb in hair of 45 heroin addicts and 20 healthy controls was determined by Xray fluorescence spectrometic analysis.The results showed that the content of Pb in hair of male heroin addicts was much significantly lower than that of male controls(P<0001).The content of Zn in hair of male heroin addicts was significantly lower than that of male controls (P<005).The content of Pb and Zn in hair of female heroin addicts was much significantly lower than that of female controls(P<0001、P<001).
