摘要
采用共振法测定了高铝铸造锌合金ZA-22及ZA-27的减振性能,试验研究了铈和铈—硼变质及热处理(360℃×2h、水淬)对高铝铸造锌合金减振性能的影响并对锌合金的减振机理进行了探讨.
Free decay and resonance methods were applied to measure the damping capacity of the high-aluminium zinc foundry alloys, ZA-22 and ZA-27 in this work. The effects of cerium or cerium-boron modification and heat-treatment(solution-treatment at 360 ℃ for 2h,followed by water quenching) on the damping capacity of the high-aluminium zinc foundry alloys have been investigated, and mechanisms of damping in zinc alloys have been discussed.
