摘要
采用高压液相法分析了南方红豆杉不同部位的抗癌活性成分紫杉醇 (taxol)的含量 ,并与东北红豆杉、云南红豆杉紫杉醇的含量相比较。结果表明 ,南方红豆杉果实、种子、枝条和叶均具有较高的开发利用价值 。
Six compounds were isolated from the methyl alcohol extract of the stem of Acanthopanax setchuenensis .On the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data,these compounds were identified as:unasturated fatty acid(Ⅰ),β sitosterol(Ⅱ),unsaturated fatty acolhol(Ⅲ),syringin(Ⅳ),salicin(Ⅴ),syringaresinol.diglucoside(Ⅵ).Except for syringin,all the other five compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
