摘要
通过测定不同相对湿度下样品的介电频谱,研究了MDF材料介电极化和损耗机制与环境湿度的关系,探讨了不同湿度下材料内高价离子的迁移性及其对介电性能的影响.结果表明:MDF材料在低相对湿度下的损耗由载流子屏蔽跳跃引起,在高相对湿度下,由水溶性的聚合物和界面区水化产物构成的亲水介质形成了离子扩散和迁移的快速通道,导致材料介电性能的显著劣化.
The dielectric constant and loss factor of MDF cement composites at different relative humidity condition have been measured as a function of AC frequency. It has been shown that the dielectric constant and loss factor of MDF cement at low relative humidity behave relatively low and the loss mechanism is chargecarrier screening hopping. While at high relative humidity the soluble polymer and the hydrating product at interfacial zone promote significantly the chargecarrier moving rate and therefore seriously deteriorate the dielectric properties of the composites.
