摘要
目的 观察新一代抗病毒药盐酸万乃洛韦对复发性唇疱疹的临床疗效。方法 ３０例单纯疱疹病毒所致的复发性唇疱疹患者，随机分成两组，治疗组口服盐酸万乃洛韦，对照组服用阿昔洛韦。结果 治疗组痊愈率（９３．７５％）高于对照组（８５．７１％），但两组的有效率无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论 盐酸万乃洛韦具有用药方便、起效快、疗效好、安全、生物利用度高等优点，值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effecacy of valaciclovir hydrochloride tablet for treating recurrent herpes labialis, which is one of the new generation antivirus drugs. Methods Thir- ty cases of recurrent herpes labialis were chosen and divided into two groups randomly, one was the treatment group (taking valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets orally), and the other was the control group (taking acyclovir orally). And then compare the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The curie rate of the treatment group (93.75%) was higher than that of the control group (85.71%). Neverthe- less, there was not significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Valaci- clovir has many virtues, such as convenience, rapid therapeutic action, good effectiveness, safety, high bioavailability, and the like. Hence, it is worthwhile to recommend the utilization of valacidovir hydrochloride tablets.
