骨形成蛋白在神经生长及再生过程中的营养作用 被引量:2

摘要 骨形成蛋白最初囚其能在骨骼外异位诱导软骨和骨形成的能力而被认识。近年的研究发现它是一类具有多种功能的细胞因子家族,作用范围极其广泛,包括全身多种组织和细胞。特别是发现骨形成蛋白具有神经营养作用,已引起广泛重视。其家族的多个成员可促进神经元的存活,并可通过直接和间接方式影响神经元的再生。
