摘要
在对我国现行规划编制体系的反思的基础上 ,提出了城市规划的编制体系的新框架 :规划的编制体系分为规划编制和图则制定两大部分。规划编制应该分基本系列和非基本系列 ;图则制定可以分法定图则和工作图则。
The newly frame for the urban planning drawing-up system is raised based on the reviewing of the existing one. The newly one consists of two parts: planning drawing-up and formulation of the maps; planning drawing-up makes up of basic and non-basic system; maps covers statutory one and operational one
