摘要
TH 细胞是机体重要的免疫调节细胞 ,分 TH1 、TH2 、TH0 3种 ,分别产生不同的细胞因子调节细胞和体液免疫。TH1 和 TH2 细胞可通过所产生的细胞因子发挥相互调节和制约作用 ,TH1 / TH2 细胞的调节对维持机体正常的免疫功能非常重要 ,现已知许多免疫性和感染性疾病与 TH1 / TH2 细胞的失衡有关 ,本文主要阐述 HBV和 HCV这 2种肝炎病毒感染与 TH1 / TH2细胞平衡的关系。
T H cells are important immune regulating cells of organism.There are three types of T H cells including T H1 ,T H2 and T H0 They produce different cytokines to regulate cellular and humoral immunity respectively.T H1 and T H2 cells can regulate and restrict each other by secreting their cytokines.The balance of T H1 /T H2 cells is very important in maintainning normal immunity of organism.It is known that many immune and infectious diseases involve the imbalance of T H1 /T H2 cells. The relationship between the balance of T H1 /T H2 cells and HBV/HCV viral hepatitis is expounded in this article. [
