摘要
本文给出了过热器减温水通道动态响应试验的结果,提出用时域仿真和现场调试来改善特性。根据给出的性能准则,进行了数万组数据的模拟仿真,给出了最佳参数的推荐结果。
The Main Steam Temperature dynamic characteristic of No.1&No2boiler (350MW) in Baoshan Steel Mills Power Station had been disadvantaged in recentyears. To improve the characteristic, this paper presents mathem atical model of 3 stageSuper Heater on spray water passageway through experiments. According to the results,large scale simubtion had been done by Z transformation method in PC/AT computer.Optimal controller parameters suiting 210-350MW load demand had been found byamended IT AE integral performance criterion. Results of running the group controllerparameter without changing any hardware for six month in MST control system ofNo.2 boiler show that the dynamic deviation is reduced by 1/3 and the dynamicresponse time is cut short by 1/3, MST's dynamic characteristic is up to standard. It isrecommend that the method,which is safety and low cost, be popularized in controlsystem's normal-maintenance.
