摘要
目的 研制内径为 0 .6mm的机织涤纶人造小血管。方法 采用 30只大白鼠 ,建立断肢再植动物实验模型 ,将内径 0 .6mm、长度 5mm的机织绦纶人造小血管桥接大白鼠股动脉。术后观察机织涤纶人造小血管通畅情况、内膜生长情况。实验前对机织涤纶人造小血管进行热原试验、急性毒性试验、溶血试验等。结果 移植血管的通畅率为 86 .7% (2 6 / 30 ) ,移植后 1个月可形成完整的新内膜。移植血管无热原、无急性毒性反应、无溶血反应。结论 0 .6mm内径机织涤纶人造小血管是一种较理想的血管代用品 ,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To develop straight segments of slender interwoven dacron vascular prosthesis 0.6mm in diameter.Methods To set up animal (30 white rats) amputation-replantation model.Straight segments of slender interwoven dacron vascular prosthesis 0.6mm in diameter and 5mm in length were bridged to the amputated white rat′s femoral arteries.Before experiments,pyrogenetic,hemolytic reaction and acute cytotoxicity were tested.After operations,patency and intima formation were observed.Results The patency rate of vessel graft is 86.7%(26/30).One month after implantation intima formed on the inner face of the prosthesis.The study showed that using slender interwoven dacron vascular prosthesis,there are no pyrogenetic,hemolytic reaction and acute cytotoxicity.Conclusion Straight segments of slender interwoven dacron vascular prosthesis 0.6mm in diameter are ideal vascular prothesis and can be use clinically.
