摘要
应用可编程控制器 (简称PLC) ,对采用继电器、接触器、电磁阀为主要器件组成的步进式顺控器为核心的原电镦机控制系统进行了彻底改造 ,使整个生产过程运行平稳、可靠性提高、维修方便 ,提高了生产效率。
Applying the PLC control technology to the old electrical upsetting machine's stepping sequentially control unit, which consists of relays, contactors and solenoid valves. The new rebuilt control unit makes the electrical upsetting production process has a good running state, convenient maintenance, and it puts up the productivity.
