摘要
西部矿产资源丰富 ,但知识资源匮乏、自然条件恶劣、水资源严重短缺。因此 ,在当今技术飞速发展、市场经济日趋全球化的形势下 ,西部矿产资源的开发必须实施优势资源转换战略和可持续发展战略 :以市场为导向 ,以科技为先导 ;走企业集团化建设的道路 ;加强地质勘查工作 ;实行“生态矿业” ;营造良好的投资环境 。
Western China is abundant in mineral resources but lack in knowledge resource and seriously short of water resources, and the natural conditions are quite adverse. Therefore, under the circumstances of rapid technology development and increasingly globalised market economy, mineral resources in the west must be exploited through implementation of superior resource-transferred strategy along with sustainable development strategy, i.e., mining must be market driven and technology guided; enterprise-grouping must be encouraged; geological exploration must be stressed; and 'ecologic mineral industry' must be build; good investment environment must be created to attract outside funds.
