摘要
目的 :与手术病理结果对照 ,探讨慢性中耳炎 HRCT表现及临床价值。方法 :搜集慢性中耳炎患者44例的 HRCT检查资料 ,其中 2 6例手术治疗。结果 :慢性中耳炎 HRCT主要表现为听骨链移位破坏、天盖及盾板破坏 ,鼓室鼓窦扩大 ,可伴有面神经损伤及脑脓肿等改变。结论 :HRCT对慢性中耳炎病变部位、性质及累及范围能作出较正确的诊断 ,尤其是听骨链的改变 ,对临床治疗及制定手术计划提供良好的信息。
Objective:Compared with surgical pathology findings,to investigate the HRCT appearances of chronic tympanitis and its clinical value.Methods:HRCT data of 44 patients with chronic tympanitis were collected in the study.Results:The CT main appearances of chronic tympanitis were dislocation and destruction of the ossicular chain,erosion of tegment tympani and cecutum enlargement of tympanic cavity and antrum which might be accompanied with facial nerve injure and cerebral abscess.Conclusion:HRCT could better show the location,nature,and range of chronic tympanitis lesion especially ,the change of ossicular chain,and can provide information for clinical treatment and surgery.
