摘要
对大鼠醋酸型、小鼠幽门结扎型及利血平型胃溃疡模型的药效实验证实：溃疡愈合宁对胃溃疡有显著的治疗作用。对大鼠结扎幽门胃液分泌影响实验表明：溃疡愈合宁中、小剂量组能显著增强胃液中胃蛋白酶活性，抑制总酸排出量。
Through the pharmacodynamical experiments on the gastric ulcerous models of acetic acid-induced rats,plylorus-Ligation and reserpin-induced mice, Ulcerous Recover Calm was proved to have significant therapeutic effects on gastric ulcer.The experiments of gastric juice secretion on plylorus-Ligation rats showed:Middle and low dose groups of the drug significantly increased pepsinase activity in gastric juice,inhibited the total acids drainage.The experiments of mice analgesia and tail-cut hemostasis confirmed:three dose groups of the drug all had analgestic and hemostatic effects.
