摘要
目的 :对枸杞子的化学成分进行了化学鉴定。方法 :色谱技术进行分离 ,MS ,NMR和IR光谱解析及与对照品比较鉴定化合物。结果 :分得 8个化合物 ,其中 6个鉴定为莨菪亭 (Ⅰ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅱ ) ,香豆酸 (Ⅲ ) ,葡萄糖 (Ⅳ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol) (Ⅴ ) ,甜菜碱 (betaine) (Ⅵ )。结论 :化合物Ⅲ ,Ⅳ 。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the fruit of Lycium barbarum .Method:The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectral data.Result:The compounds obtained were identified as scopoletin(Ⅰ),β sitosterol(Ⅱ), p coumaric acid(Ⅲ), glucose(Ⅳ), daucosterol(Ⅴ) and betaine(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from Lycium barbarum for the first time. [
