摘要
探讨了在培养基内添加NaCl对沙枣组织培养的影响．结果显示随着培养基中NaCl含量的升高，沙枣的细胞直径以及多种内含物（核酸、蛋白质和叶绿素等）均降低或减少．
This article discussed the effects of NaCl in medium on tissue culture.The results showed that the diameter of cell,varied embedded material (nuclei acid,protein,chlorophill and so on)of Elaeagnus angustifolia decreased with raising of concentration of NaCl in medium.
