造纸机网部高压冲洗是保证聚酯网滤水性能和使用寿命的一项重要操作。高压冲洗效果与喷嘴与网面的距离及喷嘴的位置和喷射角度等操作参数的选择是密切相关的。本文在实验的基础上 。
High pressure cleaning is an important operation which can guarantee the drainage property and using expectancy of the forming fabrics.The effect of high pressure cleaning has much to do with the choice of the following operation parameters:distance between shower and fabric,jet angle,shower location and so on.The study of upper parameters was made in this paper,based on the laboratory tests.
