摘要
本文对毛霉Mucorsp - 910 5菌株的生长过程在萤光显微镜下进行了连续地细胞学观察 ,结果表明 :毛霉菌株分裂方式为有丝分裂 ,其分裂呈现一定的规律性、2 8℃每隔 6h左右有一分裂高峰期。每次分裂持续时间不超过 2 0min。
Continous observation on the metosis in Mucorsp-9105 in fluroescent microscope was carried out in this paper.the results showed that Mucorsp-9105 under went waily metosis in which these are four highly divisions in 24 hours.The temperature is 28℃.The duration of metosis was less than 20 min.
