效率与公平的关系是我国改革开放、实行社会主义市场经济凸显出来的一个重要问题。本文简述了效率与公平的涵义 ,重点阐明了坚持“效率优先 ,兼顾公平”这一原则的重要性和必要性 ,以及在坚持效率优先的同时 ,兼顾公平的可能性和对策。
