摘要
传统的静压气体径向轴承由于低刚度而存在着振动和运动精度不高的问题。为此 ,作者提出一种自主式气体轴承控制方案。这种新型轴承由检测轴颈位移的非接触式传感器 ,驱动轴颈的控制阀及调节整个系统的控制器组成。当有径向载荷作用时 ,自主式轴承能抑制轴颈位移并因此使轴承获得无穷刚度。给出了3种节流控制方案 。
Conventional aerostatic bearings have the problems of vibrations and motion inaccuracy due to the low stiffness. To overcome these problems, authors propose a control scheme of active control acrostatic bearing. This new type of bearing is composed of noncontact sensors to detect the radial displacement of its axis, control valve to drive the axis and a controller to regulate the whole system. When radial load is applied, the active bearing can surpress the displacement of the shaft,thus obtaining an infinite stiffness. Three kinds of control ways are presented, and corresponding numerical values of infinite stiffness are given.
