摘要 通过溶液共混法制备了羟基磷灰石纳米针晶与聚己二酰己二胺生物医用复合材料。用透射电镜、红外光谱仪和转靶X 射线衍射仪对复合材料的形态、组成和结构进行了分析 ,证明纳米复合材料中羟基磷灰石针晶与高分子基底之间产生了键合 ,具有稳定的界面。各种分析表明 ,这是一种类骨的高强柔韧复合材料 ,充分发挥了羟基磷灰石优良的生物相容性 ,在骨修复和组织工程方面具有广阔的应用前景。 Bionic acicular nano hydroxyapatite(n HA) was used to make composites with medical grade polyamide (Poly hexamethylene adipamide) by solution blend. The morphology, phase composition and crystal structure of n HA in composites are similar to those of apatites in human bone and the stable interfacial bonding was found between HA and polymer phase. Mechanical tests indicate that the tensile strength, bending strength, impact strength and the elasticity modulus of the composite are almost equivalent to those of cortical bone. The composite, thus, is bone like and has high strength, as well as excellent biocompatibility, which shows promising prospect for bone repair, orthopedics and tissue engineering.
