摘要
利用微分几何的基本原理 ,研究复杂形状刀具的建模方法 ,建立了立铣刀类刀具的数学模型 ,并分析了刀刃螺旋角的物理意义、作用和通用数学模型 ;研究了球面上、锥面上、圆弧面上等螺旋角切削刃螺旋线的数学模型。为复杂形状刀具的设计、数控加工及检验提供了理论方法和依据。
By using the fundamental principle of differential geometry,the methods are researched of building mathematical models about cutting tools with complicated shape and the models have been built about the vertical milling cutter. An analysis is made of the physical signficance and function of spiral angle on the cutting edge and the commonly used mathematical models.Furthermore the models of spiral on the cutte edge are studied which can be appiled to produce conical,spherical and curved surfaces accurately and economically.Finally,the theoretical approaches and grounds are provided for the design N/C machining and test.
