摘要
以白果低糖营养饮料加工为例 ,研究了最优回归设计在食品加工研究中的应用 ,建立了一个四元二次回归方程 ,进行了回归方程显著性检验 ,并进行计算机模拟选优 。
Taking low sugar nutritive ginkgo beverage as an example,application of 416-A regression design in food processing research was studied in this paper.A regression equation was established,and the significence of the equation was tested,and then through computer-aid optimum-searching,an optimul formulae was obtained.
