摘要
虚拟企业作为知识经济时代组织形式之一 ,随着科学技术的发展 ,日益显露出头角。作为知识密集型企业 ,知识劳动是基本劳动形式 ,知识、信息和智力资源成为最宝贵的战略资源 ,企业的智力资产成为创造利润的源泉。有效地管理知识劳动、战略资源、智力资产成为虚拟企业的必然选择。本文试图阐述知识管理对虚拟企业的重要性 ,阐明当知识作为决定竞争优势的核心力量时 ,作为知识经济时代企业组织形态之一的虚拟企业只有建构自我的知识管理模式 。
Virtual enterprise is one of the organizing forms in knowledge times, and with technology developed increasingly it shows up. As enterprises of knowledge denseness, knowledge labor is the basic sort, and knowledge, information and intelligence become the most precious strategic resources, intelligence asset of enterprises become source of profit. As knowledge management effective management of knowledge labor、effective management of strategic resource and effective management of intelligence asset become only choice. It becomes the only choice of the virtual enterprise to manage knowledge labor, strategic resource and intelligence. This paper tries to explain the importance of knowledge management to virtual enterprises, and explain virtual enterprises that only built knowledge management model oneself to adapt to history development.
