摘要
介绍了碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土纯扭梁的试验过程和结果 ,试验研究的主要参数为碳纤维加固量和加固方式 .试验结果表明 ,碳纤维加固后梁的极限承载力得到了较大的提高 ,但当梁为少筋梁或混凝土强度较低时 ,最终破坏由梁本身引起 ,碳纤维强度不能充分发挥 ,因此增加加固碳纤维量对梁的承载力的提高作用不大 ;碳纤维加固抗扭梁时 ,碳纤维间隔粘贴比满贴效率更高 ;此外 ,碳纤维与混凝土的粘结强度也是影响加固效果的主要因素之一 .
The experiment process and results of torsional reinforced concrete beam strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) are introduced. The main parameters studied in the experiment are the amount of CFRP, and the placement of CFRP reinforcement. The investigation shows that the application of CFRP to reinforced concrete torsional beams results in a relative increase in ultimate bearing capacity. The failure of beam with low reinforcement ratio or quite low concrete strength begins in beam itself, so the strength of CFRP can not be fully used and the bearing capacity of beam strengthened with CFRP doesn't increase much. The CFRP for torsional beam is more effective when it is separately wrapped rather than fully wrapped. Besides, bonding strength between CFRP and concrete is one of the important factors affecting reinforced results.
