摘要
以铁粉还原调节溶液氧化还原性 ,再用硫基沉淀剂 ( P)和聚丙烯酰胺 ( PAM)使金属离子( Cu,Fe,Pb,Sn)絮凝沉淀 ,过滤后母液补加硝酸 ,可使印刷线路板退铅锡废水实现再生利用。适宜的沉淀条件为 :按每升废液加入 30 g还原铁粉 ,按理论量加入 P,同时加入 2~ 3m L 1 % PAM( M=60 0 0 0 0 ) ,沉淀过滤后母液的铁浓度和游离酸度可分别恢复到 1 7.0 g/L和 1 81 .3g/L。
The stripping wastewater from the PCB(printed circuit boards) enterprises can be reused by the following processes: firstly adjusting the oxidation-reduction property of the wastewater by iron powder, secondly flocculent-precipitation of metal ions(Cu, Pb, Sn and Fe) by the use of acidic precipitation agent bearing mercapta and PAM, and finally the remedial addition of nitric acid to the filtered solution. The experimental results showed that the feasibly renewing factors are: the precipitaing agent is added by the chemically-calculated amount to the wastewater with stirring and accompanying of iron powder of 30g/L and 1% PAM(M~600000) 2-3ml/L, respectively. As a result the iron concentration and free acid content of the filtered solution can reach as high as 17.0g/L and 181.3g/L, respectively. The regenerated solution, when remedied by nitric acid and ferric nitrate, was as good as the fresh stripping solution in its stripping properties such as stripping rate, stripping capacity etc.
