摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法在玻璃衬底上成功制备了具有良好气致变色性能的透明、均匀、附着力强的WO3 SiO2 复合薄膜。讨论了络合剂的量和乙醇与水的比例对溶胶稳定性和成膜均匀性的影响 ,用热重 -差热、X射线衍射、红外光谱分析对薄膜在热处理过程中的结构变化特征进行分析 ,用扫描电镜对薄膜表面微观形貌进行观察 ,初步研究了镀铂薄膜的气致变色性能。研究结果表明 ,溶胶稳定性随着H2 O2 的增加而增加 ,但溶胶成膜均匀性降低 ;增加乙醇与水的比例 ,可提高溶胶的成膜均匀性和溶胶稳定性 ;结构分析和性能测试的结果表明 ,36 0℃热处理的复合薄膜具有高浓度相界 ,氢原子迁移速率高 ,变色响应速率快 。
WO3-SiO2 thin films, which behave excellent gasochromic properties, were prepared by sol-gel technique. The influences of the quantity of ligands and the ratio of ethanol to water on the stability of colloidal solution and the uniformity of thin film formation were discussed. Thin films heated at different temperature were characterized by TG-DTA, IR, XRD and SEM. The stability of colloidal solution is improved with the increase of the quantity of H2O2, but the uniformity of thin film formation reduces. Both the stability of colloidal solution and the uniformity of thin film formation can be improved by increasing the ratio of ethanol to water. It is shown that composite thin films heated at 360°C exhibit better gasochromic ability than unique thin films due to their higher interface concentration for the transfer of H atoms.
