摘要
目的 研究铁路桥梁工铅接触环节及其危害情况。 方法 采用回顾性劳动卫生流行病学调查方法 ,对 70名桥梁工进行职业性健康检查 ,并选取不接触铅和油漆的 5 0名线路工作为对照组 ,分别进行Hb、WBC、RBC、尿铅、ZPP、尿粪卟啉、尿δ-ALA等指标检查 ,用t检验评价调查组与对照组、调查组各工龄组之间是否具有显著性差异。 结果 作业场所空气中铅尘浓度范围为 0 5 8mg m3~ 2 3 75mg m3。接触组与对照组尿铅、尿δ -ALA有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 0 5 ) ;接触组各年龄组尿铅比较 ,差异均有高度显著性 (P <0 0 0 0 5 )。 结论 铁路桥梁工铅危害明显 ,应纳入铅危害作业。
Objective To study the exposure and hazard of lead dust in railway-bridge-building workers. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 70 bridge-building workers exposed to lead dust and 50 non-exposed workers.The supjects' Hb、WBC、RBC、urine lead and so on were detectd. Results In the operation environment,the density of lead dust ranged from 0.58 mg/m 3 to 23.75mg/m 3.The urine lead and δ-ALA in lead-dust-exposed workers higher than those in non-exposed workers (P<0.0005).There was significant difference in urine lead levels among the age groups in lead-dust-exposed workers(P<0.0005). Conclusion Lead dust is doing harm to railway-bridge-building workers,which should be under lead risk management.
