摘要
目的 :研究中草药石上柏对促癌物激活 EB病毒 VCA、EA抗原表达的影响。方法 :应用免疫酶法检测石上柏水提取液对促癌物正丁酸巴豆油联合作用激活 EB病毒 VCA、EA抗原的表达 ,计算出阻断率。结果 :发现中草药石上柏药物浓度 1mg/ml时阻断 Raji细胞表达 EA,阻断率为 5 1.98% ;阻断 B95 - 8细胞 VCA表达 ,最高达 72 .0 4%。结论 :实验表明 ,石上柏水提取液有阻断 EB病毒在细胞内抗原的表达作用 ,为临床使 EB病毒抗体阳性者转阴 ,阻断 EB病毒与鼻咽癌的关联提供理论和实验依据。
Objective:To study the interdiction of Chinese herb Shish angbai on th e activation of the VCA and EA antigen expression of Epstein barr viruses by co carcinogens.Methods: Immunoenzymatic method was used for assessment of the inter d iction of the water extracts of Chinese herb Shishangbai on the activation of th e VCA and EA antigen expression of Epstein Barr viruses by the combination of co carcinogens ortho butyric acid and croton oil,and the interdiction rate was calc ulated.Results: At the concentration of lmg/ml,Chinese herb Shishangbai interdic t ed the EA antigen expression of Raji cells,with the interdiction rate of 51.98%; it also interdicted the VCA antigen expression of B95-8 cells,with the highest i nterdiction rate up to 72.04%.Conclusion: The water extracts of Chinese herb Shi s hangbai showed interdictory effect on the activation of the intracellular antige n expression of Epstein Barr viruses from positive to negative,interdicting the relation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and Epstein Barr viruses.It could be of s ome reference value for clinical treatment.
