摘要
用氨值为 0 .2 895mmol/ g、Mn=5 2 6 0的氨丙基硅油 (APS)与环状二元酸酐如琥珀酸酐 (SA)、马来酸酐 (MA)、邻苯二甲酸酐 (PA)反应制得了三种不同羧烃基的硅油 (CAS) ,对其结构、性能进行了表征和测定。实验结果表明 :三种CAS均能改善聚酯 /粘胶纤维织物的柔软弹性、撕裂和断裂强度 ,但PA改性APS制备的CAS - 3硅油 ,其分子侧链中的邻羧基苯甲酰基对硅油的柔软性能有影响 ;另外较高分子量的CAS能提供织物更好的柔软性 ;而羧值变化对织物的吸湿性、回弹性影响较大 。
Three different carboxyl alkyl substituted silicones (CAS) were prepared by the reaction of amino propyl silicone (APS, amino equivalent 0.2895 mmol/g) with succinic anhydride (SA)/ maleic anhydride (MA) /phthalic anhydride (PA) at different temperatures, the structures and performance of CAS silicones were determined. Experiment results show that the fabric performance such as softness, wrinkle recovery angle, bursting and tearing strength of polyester / rayon blends can be improved with these carboxyl functional silicones. But o-carboxyl benzoyl in polysiloxane side chain has disadvantage effect on fabric performance. Softer fabric is provided treatment with higher molecular weight CAS and the wettability, elasticity, specific electric resistance of polyester / rayon are affected by carboxyl equivalent, but fabric softness is changed little.
