摘要
本文针对机械加工工艺过程设计领域,在原有开发工具系统基础上经过进一步发展,建立了专家系统开发工具MPPEST-2。它具有多种知识表示、多种推理机制和友善的人机界面。零件设计信息采用框架集描述,加工工艺知识用启发式规则实现,必要时调用过程或元知识的知识表示方法,能通过灵活的推理策略,自动生成用户需求的汉化工艺规程文件并能模拟刀具加工轨迹。系统的支援设施有解释、外部接口、实时求助、辅助调试等。该系统通过建立回转体零件工艺设计专家系统TURNES,确认达到设计要求。
MPPEST-2, an expert system tool for machine process planning is introduced including its outline, knowledge representation, process planning strategy, expert system creation and supporting facilities.
