摘要
对生长在青藏高原高寒地区的典型抗寒植物———矮嵩草、垂穗披碱草和苔草的质膜透性变化进行了研究。在返青期 (5月中旬 )、草盛中期 (7月上旬 )、草盛后期 (8月中旬 )及枯黄期 (9月中旬 )四个物候期 ,用电导法测定了几种植物对低温的适应能力以及抗寒性的季节变化特征。结果显示 ,三种高寒植物的低温半致死温度 (LT50 )随高原地区气温而改变 ;三种植物在不同时期的抗寒能力和耐受的低温极限有所不同 ;三种植物的LT50都比较低 ,其中垂穗披碱草最低 ,矮嵩草居中 ,苔草最高。
The membrane permeability of three alpine plants in Qinghai-xizang plateau were studied. In four phenological phases: green up period, middle period of exuberance, late period of exuberance and withering period, the ability of adaptation to low temperature and seasonal changes of cold resistance were measured by conductivity method. The results showed that the semilethal temperature varies with air temperature; the ability of cold resistance is different during four phenological phases; the semilethal temperature of three alpine plants is low, Elymus nutans is lowest, Kobresia humilis followed and Carex sp. is highest among the three alpine plants.
