摘要
针对反射式强度调制 (RIM )型光纤传感器中光源功率波动对测量精度的影响问题 ,分析了采用分光镜和中孔光电池分光设置参考光路 ,和采用特殊设计的“Π”型结构的光纤束进行光强补偿的原理 ,比较了它们的优缺点。实验对比了采用分光镜分光和采用“Π”型结构光纤束分光的补偿效果。
The main factor that affects the measuring accuracy and stability of reflective intensity modulated (RIM) fiber optic sensor is put forward, which is the power fluctuation of the light source. Three kinds of compensation methods to eliminate this influence are analyzed and compared. They are the methods using light splitter and holed optoelectronic cell to set reference light path, and the method applying Π-typed fiber bundle which is designed unusually. Experiments are carried out to compare their compensation efficiency,and the results show that the last one can overcome the disadvantages of the others.
