摘要
介绍了磁流变液的材料特征，介析了磁流变制动器的工作原理和基本结构，建立了磁流变制动器的力矩计算模型；根据磁流变制动器的特点，提出了磁流变制动器参数设计的基本要求，并推导了磁流变制动器主要几何参数的理论计算公式。
In this paper, the character of M R fluid is introduced, the working principle and basic structure of M R arrester are analyzed and the moment calculating model is established. According to the character of M R arrester, the basic parameter requirement for designing M R arrester is presented and the theoretical formula for calculating primary geometry parameters of M R arrester are deduced.
