瘤胃微生物对纤维物质的粘附作用 被引量:10

Microbial Attachment to Dietary Fibers in the Rumen

摘要 论述了瘤胃微生物对纤维物质的粘附作用以及影响其粘附的主要因素。近年来研究表明,只有与饲料颗粒相粘附的微生物才直接负责纤维物质的降解,可见,粘附对纤维物质的利用起着重要的作用。并且,植物表皮和细胞壁、木质素、酚类化合物、pH值、咀嚼和饲料加工都影响着瘤胃微生物的粘附,其他因素,如Na+、温度、膜上ATPase以及离子载体对粘附的影响,还有待进一步研究。
