摘要
目的 :探讨年龄、高血压及血糖异常对老年冠心病 (CHD)患者左室舒张功能的影响。方法 :采用二尖瓣彩色多普勒频谱测定中年CHD组 2 4例、老年CHD组 2 5例、合并症 (CHD合并高血压、高血糖 )组 2 0例的左室舒张功能参数及空腹血糖值。结果 :各组心脏指数和射血分数均正常。各组间血糖值相比 (均为P <0 0 5 )。老年CHD组舒张早、晚期血流峰值比 (E/A)下降 (P <0 0 1 ) ,舒张早期血流加速度 (AC)减低 (P<0 0 1 ) ,以合并症组尤为明显 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :随年龄增长 ,高血压及血糖异常可明显加重老年CHD患者左室舒张功能障碍。
Objective:To study the effects o f hypertension,diabetes mellitus and age on left ventricular diastolic function of the senile with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Several parameters of left ventricular diastolic function were measured by Doppler echocardiography in 24 o f the middle-aged with CHD,25 of the senile with CHD and 20 of the 69 patients w ith concomitant hypertension and diabetes mellitus.Results:All the patients have normal left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index.The ratio for earl y mitral valvular peak E to late mitral valvular A(E/A) decreased and early dias tolic rapid filling acceleration diminished in the senile group(both,P<0 .01) which were more apparent in the group with concomitant hypertension and diabetes mellitus,(P<0.001). Conclusions:The left ventricula r diastolic disfunction in the senile with CHD can be exaggerated by concomitant senility,hypertension and diabetes melitus.
