摘要
恶性肿瘤的疗效评价标准尚未完善。现代医学沿用的WHO实体瘤的疗效评价标准存在一定的局限性,以此来评价中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效无法反映中医药的治疗特点。评价中医药的疗效应包括软标准和硬标准、近期疗效和远期疗效以及建立单个病种的疗效评定标准。并应有生存质量的评价内容。
The criterion evaluation of therapeutical effect of malignant tumor is not yet perfect.There are some limitations in the WHO criteria for the evaluation of therapeutic effect of solid carcinoma, which are applied in modern medicine up to now,and they cannot reflect the speciality of TCM.The evaluation of therapeutical criterion in TCM include soft and hard criteria,long-term and short-term effects,the individual disease,and the quality of life as well.
