摘要
目的 探讨口服疏冠流浸膏在大鼠血清中阿魏酸的测定方法。方法 用RP HPLC测定疏冠流浸膏中阿魏酸的含量 ,条件 :C18柱 ,以甲醇 1%醋酸水 (35∶6 5 )为流动相 ,紫外检测波长 313nm。结果 阿魏酸在 40~ 2 0 0 μg·L-1浓度范围内回归方程为Y=5 .15× 10 -6X+ 0 .5 82 4,相关系数r=0 .9998。
OBJECTIVE: To develop an assay for the determination of ferulic acid in rat serum. METHODS: The content of ferulic acid in serum after oral administration of Shuguan liquid extract was determined by HPLC. ODS C18 column was used, the mobile phase was consisted of a mixture of methanol, 1% acetic acid (35:65 v/v).The detection wavelength was at 313 nm. RESULTS: A linearity was obtained over the concentrations of 40 [similar to] 200 μg·L-1(r = 0.9998, The linear regression equation Y = 5.15 × 10-6X + 0.5824). CONCLUSION: The determination method of ferulic acid in serum with organic solvent extraction was simple and accurate.
