相对低分子质量肝素对大鼠的抗凝血作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :观察相对低分子质量肝素 (L MWH)的抗凝作用。方法 :大鼠予 L MWH,sc后 ,采血进行体外循环试验且取血浆测定凝血指标。结果 :2或 4mg/ kg的 L MWH能显著延长纤维蛋白血栓形成时间 (TFT) ,显著减少血栓的干湿重量。1m g/ kgL MWH仅能延长 TFT和减少血栓长度。对常用凝血指标如全血凝血时间 (CT)、复钙时间 (RT)、凝血酶原时间 (PT)和凝血酶时间 (TT)也有显著的延长作用 ,但对白陶土部分凝血活酶时间 (KPTT)作用较弱。普通肝素 4m g/ kg对以上各指标也有极显著的作用。结论 :L MWH能抑制血栓形成 。 AIM: To evaluate the anti coagulation effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH). METHODS: After the rats were given LMWH, the blood was taken out for thrombosis test at the circulation ex vivo . Besides, the plasma was prepared for coagulation test. RESULTS: The results showed that 2 or 4 mg/kg LMWH significantly prolonged the beginning time of thrombus formation (TFT) and decreased the weight of wet and dry thrombus. But 1 mg/kg LMWH could only prolong the TFT and decrease the length of thrombus. The LMWH also significantly increased the values of CT, RT, TT and PT. The 4 mg/kg of normal heparin had the same effects too. CONCLUSION: LMWH has the effect to suppress the thrombus formation and tending to bleed.
