摘要
研究了 17β -雌二醇 ( 17β - E2 )诱导的小鼠细胞凋亡与第二信使分子 Ca2 +/Ca M的关系 .17β - E2 能诱导胸腺细胞凋亡 ,用 EGTA螯合胞外 Ca2 +时 ,17β - E2 所诱导的细胞凋亡则受到抑制 ;17β- E2 能导致胸腺细胞内游离 Ca2 +的浓度迅速而持久地升高 ;相对正常对照组而言 ,17β- E2处理组胞内 Ca M含量显著下降 .结果表明 :17β - E2 诱导小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡过程中 ,可能是通过Ca2 +/Ca M这个信号转导途径发挥作用 .
The relation between murine thymocyte apoptosis induced by 17β-Estradiol and second signal elements Ca 2+ /CaM was studied.Thymocyte apoptosis could be induced by 17β-Estradiol,but it was repressed when extracellular Ca 2+ was cheated by EGTA.17β-Estradiol treatment could result in a rapid and sustained increase of intracellular free Ca 2+ concentration.Compared with the control,CaM content remarkably decreased in thymocytes treated with 17β-Estradiol.The results indicate that the signal transduction pathway of Ca 2+ /CaM might play a part in murine thymocyte apoptosis induced by 17β-Estradiol.
