摘要
为探讨减轻护理专业学生压力的方法 ,对 6 1名涉外护理专业学生采用正确认知、系统脱敏、自觉体验、正确应对等减压及沟通技巧两方面的技能训练 ,于训练前后分别对学生的压力状况进行调查评分。结果训练前后压力均分及程度比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (均 P<0 .0 5 )。提示减轻压力的训练可提高学生有效应对压力的能力 。
In order to study the methods for alleviating the burden of the students with nursing specialty, 61 students in nursing specialty received skillful training in burden alleviation (accurate cognition, systemic desensitization, self conscious experience and accurate coping) and skill communication. Before and after training, the burden state of the students was investigated. The results showed that there was significant difference in the average scores and burden state before and after training ( P <0 05). It was suggested that the training in alleviating burden could increase the students' coping ability to burden and lay a good foundation of coping burden sources during nursing care in the future.
